At HP Plast, we are proud to offer production of items using both injection and blow molding. With our advanced technology and expertise, we can produce items weighing from 0.3 grams to 2000 grams. We have local production and can start production at very short notice due to our available capacity. This means we can meet your needs quickly and efficiently.
Injection Molding
Our injection molding department is equipped with a wide range of machines that can handle a large spectrum of mold sizes. We can produce items with dimensions from 240x240x185 mm to 782x800x1100 mm. Our machinery includes machines with clamping forces of 80T, 175T, and up to 800T for large items. This allows us to produce a wide range of products that meet your specific requirements.
To ensure high quality and precision in our production, we use robots to remove inlet from the items. This ensures that your products are free from defects and ready for use.
Blow Molding
Our blow molding department is equally well-equipped and can produce items weighing from 6 grams to 1000 grams. We have the capacity to handle both small and large production series, making us a flexible partner for your production needs.
Packing and Assembly
We understand the importance of proper packing and handling of your products. Therefore, we offer packing of items in boxes or on pallets with the quantity you desire. If your items can be stacked, we can offer packing in a format that makes it easier to handle and transport the goods.
Our assembly department is ready to help with applying stickers or packing goods in a specific way. If you have multiple items that fit together to form a complete product, we can also help with assembling these. This ensures that your products are ready for use when they leave our facilities.
